Crave Waffle Sandwich Creations, a family-owned fast-casual eatery and bar, has put a modern twist on a classic American staple – the sandwich. Rather than traditional bread, Crave delivers its sandwiches on a thin, light and airy savory waffle that’s crisp on the outside and pillow-like on the inside. With an all-day menu encompassing fresh, breakfast-focused, savory and sweet waffle sandwich combinations, and a plethora of tasty shareable sides and fresh salads, Crave can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between.

Crave is located at Westgate Entertainment District among many chain restaurants that are household favorites. Our goal is to encompass the uniqueness that is Crave and build a strong brand presence that brings in customers from all over Arizona. We started by rebranding Crave into a recognizable brand that ties into the Crave values and standards. We continue by sharing Crave’s story with various media outlets to ensure that the Crave voice is heard throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.

28.6% increase sales after a full month of Serendipit management

Serendipit created, implemented and managed the VIP Grand Opening Event at Crave Waffle Sandwich Creations. During the three-hour event timeframe there were 120 guests in
attendance for the event with the restaurant and staff operating at full capacity.



Crave fans contribute to the in-store menu though social media #DreamCrave contest.

Leading up to International Waffle Day Serendipit Consulting created a contest through Facebook that allowed for CRAVE fans to have their very own #DreamCrave made by the CRAVE kitchen. The winner of the “Create Your Own Waffle” contest was able to share his Philly Cheese Steak inspired sandwich with all customers on International Waffle Day. This added to 11% of the email database entries in March.
