Serendipit Consulting Expands Team with Six New Hires

Serendipit Consulting, a full-service marketing and communications agency with a diverse local and national client base, recently added six new team members to fill existing and new positions. The new employees are specialized in various departments such as social media, digital advertising, marketing, copywriting and more.

 

Rachel Brockway joins Serendipit Consulting as a public relations account supervisor specializing in client management, strategic media relations, and issues management. With more than 15 years of experience, prior to joining Serendipit she worked at HMA Public Relations as a senior account executive. Brockway graduated with a bachelors degree from Northeastern State University and earned her MBA from Arizona State University. She is an active member in her community serving on multiple boards such as The United States Tennis Association (USTA) Phoenix and as the incoming president of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Phoenix Chapter.

 

Erin Neathery was hired as a content copywriter, bringing more than 25 years of copywriting and creative branding experience to the Serendipit Consulting team. Immediately after graduating from Indiana University Bloomington with a degree in telecommunications, she moved to Adelaide, Australia, where she landed her first full-time job as a senior copywriter at Young & Rubicam. Neathery has worked on accounts ranging from aerospace to wildlife and everything else in between. Her veteran expertise allows her to bring her diverse skills and ideas to her current clients.

 

Chase Mitchell joins Serendipit Consulting as a digital strategist, bringing eight years of marketing and sales experience. He works with the marketing team to meet business goals for sales and branding by managing strategies of content creation and amplification through website, paid social, organic social, and search. Previously, Mitchell worked for iCrossing on clients like Microsoft and Starwood. He is certified in Google AdWords, Analytics, Search Console, and paid Facebook certified. Mitchell graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in marketing management.

 

Lauren Austin was hired as a marketing account executive. With more than four years of account service experience and five years of agency experience, she leads and contributes to the development of projects at Serendipit and consistently utilizes tools and processes to evaluate and provide strategic marketing plans. Previously, Austin worked for Forward Digital as the digital project director. She holds a bachelors in mass communication and media studies and an MBA in liberal arts and media from Arizona State University.

 

Beth Schrader joins Serendipit Consulting as a social media strategist. Designing social media strategies to achieve marketing targets, she brings four years of marketing experience to the team. Prior to Serendipit, Schrader was a content strategist with Falling Up Media, creating marketing campaigns and working on page creation and print ads. Knowing she wanted to work in the marketing field since 18 years old, she pursued her career dream by attending University of Pittsburgh and graduated with a bachelors in business marketing and a minor in computer science.

 

Amanda Milovich was hired as a junior marketing account executive, working directly with clients and implementing marketing strategies to support business growth. Bringing four years of marketing experience, she works with the design, marketing and PR team to provide robust marketing plans that transcends with expectations, hit goals, and generates ROI. Prior to Serendipit, Milovich was the head of marketing at Bonner David Galleries. She graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelors in marketing and communications.

 

As a creative marketing and public relations agency, each individual brings a diverse set of skills that will project their clients to be the leading experts in the prospective industry.
