Serendipit Hires 25-Year Ad Agency Veteran Paul Rippens as Director of Client Service
We are thrilled to introduce you to a new Serendipit team member, Paul Rippens. Paul is now the Director of Client Service for Serendipit, bringing 25 years of advertising agency experience. Having worked on global brands in the destination/entertainment, travel/tourism and luxury markets, Paul brings both right & left-brain thinking to the table with a blend of high-creative as well as pragmatic problem solving.
In his role at Serendipit, Paul will lead the daily operations of the team and work with clients to ensure success all around.
An experienced and highly awarded Creative Director of 20 years, Paul recently turned his focus to client relations and strategy, helping rebrand casinos, hotels and tourist destinations throughout California and around the country. A natural storyteller, Paul uses his eye for detail and creative vision to engage consumers in unique and unexpected ways helping extend a brand’s awareness. He spent 20 years in Las Vegas working primarily on MGM Resort properties developing marketing for a variety of clients like The Mirage Resort, Bellagio and New York-New York. Paul won numerous local, regional and national awards for his highly successful campaign for Studio 54 Nightclub at MGM Grand. He is an avid traveler both domestic and abroad, having caught the travel bug at age 11 when he was an exchange student at Newington College in Sydney, Australia.
