Alexis Georgopoulos, Partner

With an extensive background in on and offline strategic marketing operations, Alexis Georgopoulos truly has developed an extreme talent and passion for all things marketing.

Prior to starting her own consulting company, Alexis spent three years as the Director of Marketing and Sales Operations for Swenson Realty Group (SRG ). At SRG, she was responsible for not only seeking out new business ventures and managing the day-to-day operations of the company, but also for client’s brand creation and management, online initiatives and execution, marketing communications, project management, recruitment and training, creation and deployment of business development packages and strategic growth initiatives. Her hard work at SRG paid off and she and her team consistently exceeded velocity goals and increased net profit projections, even in a
declining marketplace.

Prior to working for Swenson Realty Group, Alexis served as an online project manager for Cramer-Krasselt where she acted as a strategic partner for nationally recognized clients by accelerating adoption of new technologies, strengthening customer loyalty online and increasing new market penetration rates.

Alexis has also worked as the National Marketing Manager for University Partners, where she was responsible for developing corporate level brand strategy, online growth, training programs and creating operational synergies across a national portfolio of 26 properties. Her efforts there resulted in a consistent occupancy rate of 98 percent across the portfolio. Her extensive experience and fine-tuned skills in project management, website development, database management (CRM systems) and sales/marketing operations have positioned Alexis as a leading marketing consultant in Phoenix. Alexis earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and marketing from the University of Arizona.

Melissa Rzeppa, Partner

Melissa Rzeppa is a partner and public relations specialist at Serendipit Consulting in Tempe, Arizona.

Previously, Melissa was the Director of Marketing & PR for ZooLoo.com, an Arizona-based Internet technology company, where she successfully managed the product marketing, public relations, social media efforts and more. Melissa’s efforts resulted in more than 40 local and national media placements during the first month after launch.

Prior to joining ZooLoo, Melissa spent three years handling the marketing efforts for a Scottsdale, Arizona-based commercial real estate investment company. She also worked in PR for The Martz Agency in Scottsdale, handling efforts for a variety of clients such as heidi Boutique, The Rim Golf Club, The Intercontinental Montelucia Resort & Spa, Macayo’s Mexican Restaurants and more.

Melissa’s passion for all things social media and technology began when she handled the launch PR for MommyTalk.com in 2006, one of the first social networks for moms. Melissa’s efforts gained national and local media attention for MommyTalk.com.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Kent State University and currently serves as a Philanthropy co-chair for the Phoenix Chi Omega Alumnae Association (where she previously served as President), as well as on the Scottsdale Leadership, Inc. Board of Directors as PR Vice Chair.

Katie Huntley, Project Manager

Katie Huntley is a project manager specializing in marketing and public relations at Serendipit Consulting in Tempe, Arizona.

Before joining Serendipit, Katie worked in the public relations department of The Lavidge Company, a full-service advertising, public relations and interactive agency in Phoenix.  There she helped develop integrated plans and conduct extensive research for clients such as Banner Health, Massage Envy, Arizona Grand Resort and Discount Tire Corporation.

Prior to working for The Lavidge Company, Katie worked for Olson Communications, Inc., a public relations firm also in Phoenix.  In her time at Olson, her love for social media and online marketing emerged and she assisted in strategic plans using the Web to gain results. Some of the clients included Fox Restaurant Concepts, Sundt Construction, Forever Resorts and Home2 Suites by Hilton.

An Ohio native, Katie made the cross-country move to Phoenix in early 2009.  She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Kent State University’s accredited journalism school and loves all things blogging and social networking.
