Redirect Health, formerly Arrowhead Health Centers, tasked Serendipit with a brand messaging overhaul in January of 2016. What began as a desire to position the firm as the go-to organization for primary care services in the Valley has turned into 80+ media placements and continued interest in Redirect Health’s services and mission.

Coverage has ranged across print, online and broadcast mediums spanning local and national spheres. Serendipit has also been entrusted with maintaining award and recognition submissions as well as crafting distinct collateral that truly leverages Redirect Health as a local authority on health and wellness.

In 2017, co-founder David Berg won the Phoenix Business Journal Healthcare Heroes Award in Innovation.
