Homeowners living in Gainey Ranch enjoy a variety of amenities at the Estate Club, including swimming, state-of-the-art fitness equipment, special live music events, seven championship tennis courts, and golf, plus the security of a fully staffed and gated security system operating 24/7.
The Gainey Ranch community also features commercial office buildings, The Shops at Gainey Ranch, the Gainey Ranch Golf Club and of course, the well-known Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch.
The Gainey Ranch Community Association oversees the management of the 18 different neighborhoods that make up Gainey Ranch. Residents used the organization’s website to access HOA documents and other forms, find approved vendors, check schedules for tennis and fitness classes, and other neighborhood-related items.
Challenge & Opportunities
When it came time to upgrade and dramatically expand the content and improve the functionality of its website, the organization turned to Serendipit Consulting.
The challenge was to make the new website informative and user-friendly for their largely older resident demographic while painting an SEO-friendly picture of the Gainey Ranch and Scottsdale lifestyle, area events, and other local attractions.
The addition of events and attractions was designed to be a regularly updated resource to help residents stay on top of things to see and do, which could also entice potential visitors thinking of visiting the area.
Veyo hired Serendipit Consulting to develop a public relations strategy aimed at increasing active drivers in Arizona markets. The company also required press opportunities to improve brand awareness and shape a consensus around their positive on-time statistics and streamlined, proprietary technology. Serendipit took these points in stride, developing a multi-faceted PR plan that targeted business and consumer media outlets.
The ultimate goal was to create an information-rich online resource for improving the lives of Gainey Ranch residents while boosting the Gainey Ranch search results.
