Have you ever thought to yourself, “Our society is lacking a video sharing app that can be connected to Twitter!” Well, we certainly have and guess what – our prayers have been answered because Vine is now sweeping the nation with its video sharing capabilities and brands are already leveraging the technology.
Vine is a mobile app, currently only for Apple devices such as iPhone and iPod Touch, that allows for you to shoot a short video (six seconds to be exact) and continuously loops the video for viewers. While this may be extremely entertaining for Joe Schmo, Vine gives brands a huge opportunity to become more engaged with their followers.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so just imagine how many words a six second video will be worth to your audience!
