University Pointe is a student housing community located in the highly competitive Tempe, Arizona marketplace. The Serendipit team was brought in to boost occupancy and increase renewals. Our innovative campaigns spanned from “Kickin It Old School” to a “Shark Tank Summer.” Combine all of this with a newly designed website, great looking creative, and innovative training, University Pointe made a comeback in the Tempe student housing market.
