Paradise @ P83
Our task was to create and develop a hip, innovative, dynamic, and energetic brand that would resonate with the existing P83 District branding and draw young professionals to the community for pre-lease.
Melody on Main
A 335-unit multifamily development located in the Downtown Mesa Arts District. The theme of the development is Expressive Urbanism, expressed through the name and brand elements. The project is part of the ongoing efforts to revitalize Downtown Mesa. The name "Melody" means a musically satisfying sequence of notes collectively. We view each of the residents as bringing their own notes to the project.
