If you haven’t started using Instagram, it is time to sign up! There are three easy ways to help build your following.
- First, install the Instagram app to your business’ Facebook page; it will allow you to cross promote contests as well as campaigns that you are running.
- When posting images, you want to use hashtags that are relevant to your consumer as well as to your industry.
- In order for your customers to know that you exist, your company will want to interact with other brands and consumers by liking and commenting on their photos, and utilizing industry related hashtags. You want to spread the love!
- Try out Statigram to search for other brands and companies to interact with.
It is also important not to flood your followers feed with images, so be sure to create a flexible posting plan. There is no need to post daily; the goal is to share photos that will resonate with your followers and show your brands personality!
You can experiment with posting fun & visual images while still including product & business related images. It is important to make your brand personable! Also, using an image analytics tools, such as Curalate, will help track which type of images your followers liked best; that way you know what type of images to post in the future.
