DIGITAL MARKETING EFFORTS
By using multiple channels of paid media we capture the attention of potential clients at all phases of the buying cycle. We made the conscious decision to capture “awareness” stage customers to both inform and engage them before they’re ready to buy. We provide well designed, informative gated content on a focused and well-designed landing page to generate email and remarketing lists, then remarket to them through video, display, and social media ads to maintain a strong presence in the buyers' mind. Through well thought-out analytics setups, we are able to track each step the buyer takes until they eventually register for a consultation - which happens either on the paid search side, through social media (which we incorporate messenger bots on), or organically on the main website.
We have been able to 5x the conversion rate through paid search, and generated 4x ROI within a month of running our digital strategy for Bodify.
PR UPDATE: Bodify attributed $150k in sales directly to one article that Serendipit secured in the Arizona Republic!
We were referred to Serendipit out of the gate from a woman who had worked with several companies who used them.
It was a VERY big decision for us upfront. We believed from day one, "do what you do best and delegate the rest." So we placed our trust in their skills, boy are we glad we did.
I talk to 100s of other CoolSculpting providers who continually talk about the struggles they have with their marketing partners. For us, Serendipit makes our lives easy, communicates well, is on time, professional and has created items that are congruent with who we are and the voice we want our brand to have!
We are approached at least 2 times a month and asked to jump ship, however we NEVER do it because we know how fortunate we are to have them.
Amanda, who is our executive account rep truly treats us like gold and we feel like we are her only client (she is so on it, communicative, helpful, supportive, and goes above and beyond frequently)!
We also work with Alexis, and I can say Alexis has a deep passion for working closely with her clients and making sure things are right for them. Anytime we've had an issue or hiccup (very seldom) she is immediately on it to make it right and find a workable solution.
She and Amanda listen to our needs, are willing to be nimble, change strategies, and take on any additional projects we throw their way.
We love them. 🙂
I think any company needs to be very clear on what they are trying to achieve by working with a marketing company. For us, it was not all about the return. In our industry, organic social media is not exceptionally powerful in getting us clients, however it is a "must have" if we want to have a strong brand. We love what they do for us in terms of organic social, but it does NOT give us a great return. My sister nor I have the time nor are we experts in marketing. We do not want to spend our time focusing on things we are not good at (graphics, creative, content, website design, social posts, e-newsletters, etc).
However month after month when we look at numbers, we know all their efforts (social, e-newsletters, website design, content, creative, etc) have allowed us to build a great and very profitable company. There is not one thing they do that makes us love it, we feel it is everything they do in addition to our back end follow up and systems that allows the relationship to be successful.
We are religious about tracking and if Serendipit ever became a liability vs. an asset, we would fire them. But 5 years into our relationship, they continue to be a GREAT fit for us.
Bodify has done many things right, at the top of that list, would be working with Serendipit and staying the course with them over the years. Not every strategy is a homerun and it's not always perfect- but it never will be.
We highly recommend them!
